Submission of Papers

  • ETIC-2026 is IEEE approved — all accepted and presented papers published in IEEE Xplore, indexed in Scopus.
  • Final paper must follow IEEE Format.
  • Working language is English. Papers must be original and unpublished.
  • Double-blind peer review process will be followed.
  • At least one author must attend and present the paper at the conference.
  • Submissions via Microsoft CMT system.

Plagiarism Policy

Zero tolerance. Run through Turnitin or iThenticate. Overall similarity must be under 10%. Single-source similarity must not exceed 3%. Papers found plagiarised will be rejected — registration fees non-refundable.

No Show — No Publication

If authors do not present, their paper will not be processed for publication and no refund will be entertained. ETIC-2026 is bound to produce recordings and proofs to the proceedings publisher.
