About Registration & Invitation Letters

While invitation letters can be generated upon approval from the ETIC-2026 Conference Chair / Program Chair / Conference Secretary, please note that only authors who have completed registration will appear in the official Registration List ↗ .

The invitation letter is issued for visa and travel facilitation purposes only and does not constitute a waiver of registration or conference fees. Full verified participant records are maintained at the Registration List .

Academic Partners & Observers: If you are attending ETIC-2026 without a submitted paper, type ETICPARTNER in the Paper ID field. The Paper Title field is optional — leave it blank and it will be filled automatically.

1 Submit Your Request

Authors: fill all fields. Academic Partners: type ETICPARTNER as Paper ID.

Use the same email as your CMT submission.
Authors: enter your CMT Paper ID.  |  Academic Partners: type ETICPARTNER.
Required for authors. Leave blank if you typed ETICPARTNER.
You may add this later. Not required for invitation letter. However, for your name to appear in the Registration List, payment verification is mandatory.

2 Download Your Letter

Once approved by the Program Chair, enter your Paper ID and email to check status and download.

  • Authors must complete registration to present at the conference
