Registering as a Presenter

If you are submitting a paper for presentation at ETIC-2026, please use the Microsoft CMT system. All accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and indexed in Scopus.

  • Paper must be formatted as per IEEE Format
  • Working language is English
  • Submitted papers must be original and unpublished
  • Double-blind peer review process
  • At least one author must register and present

Call for Special Sessions

Special Sessions are a key component of ETIC 2026 and are highly encouraged. These sessions provide focused platforms for in-depth discussions on emerging research areas, interdisciplinary innovations, and advanced applications aligned with engineering, technology, and innovation domains.

Objective

  • Highlight cutting-edge topics in Engineering, Technology, and Innovation
  • Foster collaboration among global researchers, academicians, and industry experts
  • Encourage submission of high-quality, theme-specific research contributions

Session Requirements

  • Minimum of 05 registered and presented papers required
  • Each paper allocated 15 minutes (including Q&A)
  • Up to 1 Chair and 2 Co-Chairs allowed
  • Organizers responsible for managing and recommending submissions

Proposal Must Include

  • Special Session Title
  • Track it relates to (from the 9 conference tracks)
  • Brief Description (2–3 lines)
  • Names of Chair and Co-Chair(s) with affiliations and photo
  • Contact email for each organizer

Review & Recognition

  • All proposals reviewed by the Organizing Committee and Technical Program Committee (TPC)
  • Accepted sessions included in the official conference program
  • Special Session Chairs will be formally honored
  • Certificate of Appreciation will be awarded to chairs
  • A dedicated CMT track will be created for each approved session
  • Sessions with fewer than 05 papers will be merged into regular tracks
